Description
Creating “Monk” was a deeply personal journey, and it holds a special place within my Inner Architecture series. For me, this artwork represents an intimate exploration of solitude, introspection, and the quiet journey toward inner peace. It became a visual diary of sorts, allowing me to map out my internal landscape and capture the essence of seeking clarity amid the constant noise of life.
As part of the Inner Architecture collection, the piece looks at the hidden spaces and structures we build within ourselves to find grounding and resilience. Through its textures and forms, I wanted to create a visual sanctuary on canvas. My hope is that when others stand in front of it, they feel an immediate sense of calm and are gently reminded of their own pathways toward self-discovery.
