• Can I see how a painting looks in a room before buying? Yes, absolute clarity is important when selecting art for your space. We frequently feature our artworks within modern, high-end interior visualizations to give you an accurate sense of scale, depth, and presence. If you need additional close-up photographs or a video of a specific painting in natural light, please contact the studio.
• Do the colors look exactly like they do on my screen? Every artwork is photographed under professional studio lighting to capture its true colors and textured surfaces. However, because different monitors and mobile devices display color differently, slight variations in tone may exist in person.

• How much does shipping cost? Worldwide shipping is completely free. Shipping costs are fully integrated into the listed price of every artwork, ensuring a transparent checkout experience with no hidden delivery surcharges.
• Which countries do you ship to, and how is it tracked? We offer secure, fully insured global shipping to art collectors worldwide. We partner exclusively with premium international couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We provide full order tracking until the parcel is safely delivered to your door, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email the moment it leaves the studio.
• How long will it take to receive my artwork?
  • Packaging & Processing: It takes 3 to 5 business days to meticulously prepare and secure your artwork for international travel.
  • Estimated Delivery Delay: Once dispatched, worldwide shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 days depending on your location.
• How is the artwork packaged? Every painting is prepared with the utmost care depending on its size and structure. Artworks are wrapped in archival-quality, acid-free glassine paper, protected by multiple layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap, and secured safely inside specialized heavy boxes, rigid cardboard, or tube packaging to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.

• Are customs fees and import taxes included in the price? No, the listed purchase price does not include local customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These fees are determined entirely by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
• Will I have to pay import taxes on original art? Most countries worldwide have a 0% import tax rate on original, hand-signed fine art. However, depending on your local government's regulations, you may be required to pay a reduced rate of local VAT (Value Added Tax). Any applicable customs fees will be calculated at arrival and billed to you separately by the carrier.

• What is your return policy? Due to the unique nature, high value, and complex international logistics involved with original fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully measure your space and review all dimensions before completing your purchase.
• What happens if my painting arrives damaged? Your peace of mind is our priority. Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no extra cost to you. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery. To process a successful insurance claim and receive a full refund, please take clear, high-resolution photos of the damage to the artwork and the condition of the outer packaging before discarding any materials.
